Role

The Sales Manager is the heartbeat of our revenue team. You will lead, coach, and develop a growing team of closers and setters. You will be optimizing the systems, reinforcing our culture, and creating daily rhythms that turn warm leads into transformational client experiences. You are the standard-setter, the coach, and the accountability partner who makes our mission scalable.

This role reports directly to Hannah (founder) and will own the full sales organization as we scale the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 closers and 2 setters through daily training, call reviews, and 1:1 accountability

  • Run a consistent daily sales rhythm: huddle, roleplay, call review, and individual coaching

  • Own and manage the full sales pipeline — ensure reps are following our proven process and maintaining CRM hygiene

  • Track and report on KPIs weekly by rep and by lead source

  • Audit and improve scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and the setter outreach playbook

  • Identify gaps in the click-to-close motion and recommend improvements to Hannah

  • Build and maintain a high-trust, high-performance team culture that honors the sensitivity of the work we do

  • Heart-centered leadership — our clients are discussing some of the most vulnerable parts of their lives on these calls, and our team needs to reflect that

Results Expected

  • Team close rate of ≥40% per closer, per month

  • Team show up rate of ≥70% per closer, per month

  • Offer rate of ~90% across all closers

  • Calendar utilization of 70–80% per closer

  • Setter output of ≥0.5 applications set per hour worked

  • ~45-55 new paid clients per month across the team

  • Weekly written performance summary delivered to Hannah every Monday

Requirements

  • Proven experience directly managing a phone, video or high-ticket sales team (coaching reps, not just closing deals yourself)

  • Strong track record of improving close rates and show rates through deliberate coaching and process refinement

  • Knows how to diagnose a broken sales motion — you can look at a funnel, find where it's leaking, and fix it

  • Experience building or improving sales systems from scratch: CRM workflows, lead routing, pipeline stages, reporting dashboards, and rep scorecards

  • Comfortable working with data — you know which metrics actually matter, how to pull them, and how to use them to make decisions (not just report them)

  • Has written or meaningfully improved a sales script, objection-handling framework, or call structure — not just inherited one

  • Self-sufficient and able to run a team without hand-holding

  • Comfortable discussing intimate topics — low libido, sexual desire, and relationship dynamics come up on every single call we take

  • Aligned with our mission: you genuinely believe women deserve to feel desire, and that belief shows up in how you lead

  • Exceptional communicator over video, phone, and written formats

  • Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred) and call recording tools
