On Target Earnings: $65K – $85K (includes base + commission)

Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact for women applying for support from our team. Your role is to connect with women compassionately, qualify them using our established criteria, and book high-quality enrollment calls for our Enrollment Coaches. You are the warm welcome, the grounded guide, and the bridge between curiosity and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • High work ethic

  • Follow our proven sales process

  • Manage your pipeline and follow up appropriately

  • Admin work for data collection

  • Be a team player

  • Heart-centered, empathetic communication with inbound messages

Results Expected

  • 5 sets per day

  • 70% show rate

  • Minimum of 13 closes per month

Requirements

  • 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business

  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time

  • Open to learning new processes in sales

  • Exceptional over the phone, video, and in voice memos (this is a requirement)

  • Excellent communication skills
